Quickdraw® conveyors feature DC brushless motors controlled by a driver card operating at 24 VDC. This combination offers high reliability, variable speed, selectable direction, and PLC or relay control in a compact low voltage package. Users may select one of Quickdraw® NEMA rated control boxes in 1, 2, 3, 4 (or custom) driver formats ready for control of the conveyors, or may purchase driver cards separately, implementing them in their own controls enclosure.

Lean Solutions

Quickdraw conveyors are an excellent choice for Lean Manufacturing initiatives. They address each of the classic seven wastes, predominantly due to the inherent modularity which easily leads to a levelized, low work-in-process, pull-type assembly system.
