Clean Operation

As well as being compact and modular, Quickdraw conveyors are designed to be clean.   They provide an economical solution for clean assembly and manufacture. An independent analysis confirmed the Class 1000 (ISO Class 6) rating of our MR conveyor system. We also offer optional accommodations to meet cleanroom Class 100 or better.  Additionally, Quickdraw uses components made from high-performance, static-dissipating materials.* Metal surfaces that provide a path to ground are typically nickel plated. Plastics in the grounding path can be conductive or static dissipative. Quickdraw conveyors are also inherently quiet in their operation. In most applications, conveyor systems operate at sound levels below 65 dB.

*Materials are subject to change. Quickdraw Systems offers products constructed of a variety of materials which may impact the suitability for a given application. The purchaser must specify in advance of order any environmental requirements (e.g. ESD level, thermal limit, etc.) that the product must meet for the application.

Lean Solutions

Quickdraw conveyors are an excellent choice for Lean Manufacturing initiatives. They address each of the classic seven wastes, predominantly due to the inherent modularity which easily leads to a levelized, low work-in-process, pull-type assembly system.
