Metering Stops

Quickdraw offers a variety of metering stop designs that can be quickly added to any Quickdraw conveyor series. The metering stops can be pneumatically or electrically actuated and come in both standard and cushion style designs. Stops come equipped with product detect sensors and can be customized with different sensor styles and locations.

Quickdraw standard metering stop designs consists of an actuated pin or mounting block capable of stopping a variety of conveyor loads. The Quickdraw cushioned metering stop uses a dampening effect and are useful for impact sensitive products and anti-debounce requirements.
