Stacking/De-Stacking

Stackers are used to stack and vertically accumulate product/pallets and come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and load capacities.  Product is conveyed underneath where a pneumatic or electric lift raises and presents the product to a magazine tower.  Flippers engage to secure the product, with configurations available for thermoformed trays and custom applications.  A variety of magazine tower heights are available.

De-stackers are used to de-stack product/pallets that has been vertically accumulated in a magazine tower.  A pneumatic or electric lift raises to support the stack of product.  Flippers are disengaged releasing one product to be lowered and placed on a conveyor underneath.  De-stackers are capable of doing both stacking and de-stacking in a single, integrated unit.
